Whether that is because the data stored is protected by Data Protection laws, Licensed software governed by the Manufacturer’s agreement, or is the intellectual property of the organisation concerned, it is essential that it is erased before the system moves from ‘desk to desk’ or leaves the ownership of the organisation.
ITBG are resellers for Blancco Data Cleaner which is certified at Infosec Standard 5 Enhanced level, and is used by amongst others, the MOD and NATO for the erasure of their hard drives at home and in the field.
Each erasure is insured by AXA against subsequent data recovery.
